Project - due to business expansion, the need arose for a larger indoor reception area with an adjoining garden and outdoor area, parking and sound barriers.
Designed by our designer - estimator, Martin.
Aspects of interest:
• linking the new building up to the existing building to make it all fit together naturally
• gothic arch window architraves and external mouldings which were made off site
• a water feature designed to create a calm atmosphere
• the steel awnings were made off site and craned in
Result: Both parties were really happy with the result, and the client was great to work for and the project won an MBA Tasmania Excellence award. >more
